Turkey Trivia

Stuffed turkey takes longer to cook than unstuffed turkey.  Be sure to allow extra cooking time when stuffing your bird.  Stuffing must reach a temperature of 165 degrees to be fully cooked.  Always check your turkey with a cooking thermometer and don't forget to check the stuffing as well.
If you have more stuffing than you can fit in the cavity of your turkey, cook it in a baking dish separately remembering that stuffing inside the bird will be moister than stuffing baked separately.
