Cookies
After removing cookies from the oven, let them sit for atleast a minute on the baking sheet before removing them to a rack to cool. When cookies are completely cooled you can freeze them for up to 100 days in a zipper locked bag or a sealed plastic container. Never ice cookies before storing, always do that just before serving and eating.
