Ingredients

  • 1 can corn whole kernel drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 box Jiffy Mix cornbread
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and drain the corn.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except the butter.
  3. Spread in a greased 9×13 baking dish and slice butter on top.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
