- 1 can corn whole kernel drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 large eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 box Jiffy Mix cornbread
- 1/2 stick butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and drain the corn.
- Mix all the ingredients together except the butter.
- Spread in a greased 9×13 baking dish and slice butter on top.
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
