Pork Fried Rice

  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 3 cup rice brown cooked
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 2 count eggs
  • 8 ounce ham or pork loin


    1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add eggs and cook without stirring until set (about 3 to 5 minutes). Invert skillet over a baking sheet to remove cooked eggs; cut eggs into 1 1/2x1/2-inch strips.
    2. Add remaining oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry ham or pork, mushrooms and green onions in oil for 3 minutes or until mushrooms and onions are tender.
    3. Add rice and egg strips; sprinkle with soy sauce. Toss lightly to mix; then cook until heated through.
