Chicken Manicotti

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package spinach frozen chopped
  • 3 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 15 ounce cheese Ricotta
  • 2 cup chicken breast cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 package manicotti shells
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 count egg


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cook manicotti shells.
    3. Spoon a thin layer of marinara or spaghetti sauce into a 9x12 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, parmesan cheese and nutmeg. Fill manicotti shells with chicken mixture; then arrange stuffed shells in baking dish. Pour remaining marinara or spaghetti sauce over top; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
