Sonora Salad

Do not substitute olive oil for canola oil.


  • 1 count lettuce Romaine
  • 2 ounce cheese Feta
  • 1 count avocado
  • 3 slice bacon
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/4 medium onion red
  • 3/8 cup oil canola
  • 1/8 cup vinegar white
  • 2 teaspoon sweetener
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


    1. Wash lettuce and break into small pieces with your hands. Do not cut with a knife!
    2. Thinly slice the onion, dice the tomato, dice the avocado, crumble feta, cook bacon and break into pieces.
    3. Prepare salad dressing (oil, vinegar, salt, garlic, equal, pepper)
    4. Toss lettuce and toppings with the dressing.
    5. Serve promptly. If you are making this ahead of time, do not add the avocado or dressing until just before serving.
