Potato Salad

  • 10 count eggs
  • 5 pound potatoes
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise


    1. Boil the potatoes and eggs together for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are done. Cool in cold water and peel eggs first so that they peel easily.
    2. Dice eggs and potatoes into similar size pieces. I like to cube the potatoes and slice the eggs.
    3. Combine all ingredients and toss. DO NOT STIR.
    4. Add salt and pepper. Start with a teaspoon of each and add more if needed.
    5. Refrigerate until serving.
