  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 medium onion red
  • 3 count carrots
  • 1 count iceburg lettuce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package green peas frozen 10 oz
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slice bacon


    1. Thaw frozen peas. Shred lettuce and place in a deep bowl.
    2. Top lettuce with layers of celery, onion, carrots and peas.
    3. Combine mayonnaise and sugar; spread evenly over salad, sealing to edges of dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
    4. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    5. Cook bacon and crumble. Sprinkle bacon over salad before serving.
