Variety Bean Salad

  • 1 can peas chick
  • 1 can beans green cut
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 small onion red
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 cup lettuce leaves or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup salad dressing Italian


    1. Drain first three ingredientsand combine with green pepper, cheese cubes and onion.
    2. In a small bowl or cup, combine Italian dressing, sugar and salt; pour dressing over bean mixture, tossing to combine.
    3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Toss again before serving on lettuce leaves or greens.
