Broccoli Raisin Salad

  • 10 slice bacon
  • 1 count broccoli
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion red


    1. Finely chop broccoli, including stems. Place broccoli in a large deep dish.
    2. Spread choppped onion evely over broccoli.
    3. Sprinkle raisins evenly over onion.
    4. In a small dish, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; blend well. Pour dressing over layered salad.
    5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    6. Top with bacon and serve!
