  • 1 count lime
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 count green onions
  • 10 count tomatoes cherry
  • 1 1/2 cup cauliflower flowerets


    1. In a small bowl, combine juice from lime and minced cilantro. Add olive oil, mixing well.
    2. In another bowl, combine cauliflower and minced green onions.
    3. Add lime-cilantro mixture and toss gently. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
    4. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
