  • 1 count iceburg lettuce
  • 1 count cauliflower
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon


    1. Layer lettuce, cauliflower and onion in a large bowl in the order listed.
    2. Combine mayonnaise and parmesan cheese, mixing thoroughly; spread evenly over salad, covering completely and sealing edges.
    3. Sprinkle with cooked and crumbled bacon.
    4. Fifteen minutes before serving, remove salad from refrigerator. Toss gently to mix.
