Fresh Whole Cranberry Salad

  • 2 cup cranberries fresh whole
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 count gelatin cherry 6 oz
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
  • 1 count apple
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped


    1. Combine cranberries, water and sugar in a microwave safe dish. Cover dish and microwave on high until berries pop (about 10 minutes), stirring twice.
    2. Add gelatin and mix well; cool.
    3. Add pineapple (with juice), chopped apple and nuts; mix well.
    4. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
