Baked Salmon with Cucumber Topping

Note: Fresh or frozen fish fillets can be used. Thaw fish if frozen before preparing.


  • 1 count seasoned salt
  • 4 count salmon steaks
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 count bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 count salt
  • 1 count pepper
  • 1 cup stuffing mix herb flavored
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup wine white dry
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed


    1. Arrange salmon steaks in a shallow baking dish; sprinkle with seasoned salt. In a small bowl or cup, combine water, wine and bay leaf; pour over salmon.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter or margarine, lemon juice, dill weed, salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Add stuffing mix, cucumber and chopped parsley; mix well. Spoon mixture evenly over salmon steaks.
    4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
