Salmon Patties

  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 can salmon pink
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup rosemary
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 count egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 1 count vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs whole wheat


    1. Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Place salmon in a mixing bowl and flake with a fork.
    2. Add all remaining ingredients, including reserved liquid; mix well.
    3. Form mixture into round, flat patties.
    4. Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry patties over medium heat until browned on both sides, turning once.
