King Crab Fettuccine

Note: Fresh or frozen crab meat can be used. Thaw crab before preparing.


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounce fettuccine
  • 8 ounce crab meat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine


    1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; then drain and keep warm.
    2. Melt butter or margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
    3. Add minced garlic and saute until garlic is golden.
    4. Add crab meat, cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; stir gently until well blended and heated through.
    5. Pour crab mixture over fettuccine and toss to mix. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
