Foil-Barbequed Shrimp

This can be made in the oven!


  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 pound fresh or frozen shrimp
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Turn on the grill.
    2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in parsley, curry, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    3. Add shrimp, stir to coat.
    4. Divide shrimp mixture among six 12x18 inch pieces of foil. Fold the foil around shrimp, sealing the edges well.
    5. Grill foil wrapped shrimp for 8 minutes. Turn and grill on the other side for 7 to 8 minutes more.
