Seven Layer Salad

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 count iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can Spanish olives
  • 1 package peas frozen
  • 1 count green onions
  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese


    1. Place frozen peas in strainer and pour boiling water over the peas. Drain.
    2. In deep bowl, layer 1/2 of lettuce, then peas, then olives, then onions.
    3. Top with rest of lettuce and spread the mayonnaise over the lettuce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bacon.
    4. Cover with lid and seal well. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
