Grilled Salmon with Dill

  • 1 1/4 pound salmon
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


    1. Heat grill. Prepare salmon by rinsing and spraying skin side with oil. Brush mayonnaise on salmon. Sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper.
    2. Place on grill skin side down. Grill over medium heat until done about 10-15 minutes.
