Moldy Mice a.k.a. Mexican Wedding Cakes

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar powdered


    1. Cream butter and sugar.
    2. Add pecans and flour, mixing well and roll into balls. Pinch ears and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
    3. Watch closely, be sure not to let them get too brown. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
