Arabian Salad

This salad is light and tasty!


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 small onion red sliced thinly
  • 1/2 count green pepper sliced thinly
  • 1 cup oil canola
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon mint leaves dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 count lettuce iceberg cut into bite size pieces


    1. Layer lettuce, tomato, red onion, and green pepper in large salad bowl.
    2. Dressing: Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and mint in food processor. Blend until emulsified.
    3. Toss salad with dressing above and add freshly ground pepper.
