Craisin Almond Salad

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 medium lettuce Romaine head
  • 1/2 cup Craisins
  • 1/4 cup vinegar Balsamic
  • 1/4 cup oil canola
  • 3/8 small onion red
  • 1/4 cup cheese Feta
  • 1/2 cup almonds sliced


    1. Wash and prepare lettuce. Break into bite size pieces into a serving bowl.
    2. Sprinkle Craisins, almonds, feta, and onion on top.
    3. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Blend well. Pour over salad and toss just before serving.
